Message: I’ve been a riverbend customer for years purchasing over 100 trees, rocks, dirt and Christmas trees. Staff are helpful with explaining the differences of trees, help load and the front desk staff are friendly and take care of the order. Their store is like one from an old golden book for Christmas selling Christmas trees. Always a great time and they have what I need.

Message: We purchased a tree there in Spring 2021 and River Bend planted it for us. They did a great job. We watched them as they planted and their work was excellent. The tree made it through the winter (no small feat) and is thriving. I had a lot of questions and the owners answered them all. I even learned some things like the importance of watering a tree throughout the winter and also wrapping the trunk during the winter. I do wish that they carried more native plants but as a small nursery, this may not be cost-effective. We love our new tree and will continue to baby it.

Message: I had at one time worked at Riverbend, I was in my early 20s. At that time my mother purchased 4 trees and Riverbend planted them. To this day they are full and tall 20 years later. With all the negative reviews I question how educated people are before they use this service. There is alot of care that is involved with caring for a new tree, ect. As far as no warranty and customer service, just go somewhere else if you don't like their policies. Their knowledge if far beyond what a box store offers and you can be assured you'll get what you pay for.

Message: We love River Bend. For the last 3 years we have bought our Christmas tree from them, we always go the Saturday after Thanksgiving and pick one of the mountain cut trees. Great selection and every tree has stayed green until the end of January. We also get the Christmas wreaths, great quality and are willing to order extras for our clients. I also buy (what I dont start by seed) my garden veggie plants, annual flower bedding plants and my hanging baskets. All great quality and many to choose from. I highly recommend.
